Compress Reviews
Our team reviews the submission for required information and access coordination.
Patient Is Contacted
If appropriate, Compress Vascular contacts the patient to discuss access options, support, and next steps.
Transparent Access Without
Insurance Billing
Compress Vascular is a cash-pay program. Most insurance plans do not cover arterial compression for mild-to-moderate & advanced PAD, and Medicare does not currently have a National Coverage Determination specific to arterial compression for advanced PAD / CLTI access.

Private Pay Access
Patients are responsible for payment. Compress does not bill insurance or manage reimbursement claims.

Choose an Access Option
After prescription documentation is received, patients can review available rental or purchase options with Compress Vascular.

Guided Next Steps
Our team explains private-pay expectations, rental or purchase options, and support before the patient moves forward.
